The Finest Materials
Quality starts at the yarn level. We source dependable fibers and blends that deliver softness, breathability, and long-lasting structure. Each material is selected to support precise pattern definition and repeatable production standards across every run.
Knitting
After meticulously selecting the best yarns, it’s time to head to the mill and tie the yarns onto the knitting machines.
Finishing
Once the socks have been knit, the next stop is the finishing plant where the socks are washed and packaged.The washing process thoroughly cleans the socks and, most importantly, gives them a soft finished texture.

Q1 – How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Every Rafana sock follows a standard approved sample and goes through full inspection during production. Our Shanghai team oversees raw materials, machine setup and final checks to ensure consistent fit, clear patterns and long-lasting wear.
Q2 – How are your products manufactured?
Rafana socks are made in selected factories in Zhuji, Yiwu and Hebei using standardized processes and precise machines. Our yarn blends balance softness, stretch and strength, and our team closely monitors production and inspections to ensure clean stitching and reliable quality, with responsible, safe and child-labor-free workplaces.
